Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Instructions
Do not input text into any fields or attach documents that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as defined by the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. 552a). Examples of PII include birth dates, social security numbers (not EINs), personal phone numbers (not connected to business matters), etc. PII does not include DUNS numbers, Tax Identification Numbers, business contact information, and other publicly available information by which people conduct business with the federal government.
